This March, we are diving into the wonderful world of Pond Life! A pond is a small body of still water that is home to many living things. We will become scientists and build a pond habitat, paint with algae, relax on a lily pad and count dragonflies as we observe pond life from a child's perspective. We will talk about the fascinating plants and animals that live in this ecosystem. Through hands-on activities, stories, and creative play, the children will explore what makes a pond such a special habitat. From tiny tadpoles to hopping frogs, big discoveries start in small ponds!
